Terms of use

Facts organised. Judgement retained.

Domivio supports factual record-keeping and professional workflows. It does not replace an adviser or determine a person’s legal position.

Effective 31 August 2026 · Version 1.0

Private-access terms: subscribing organisations receive a signed service agreement and data-processing schedule. If those conflict with this public notice, the signed agreement governs the organisation’s use.

About Domivio

Domivio is provided by Reddishgreen Digital Ltd, company number 11749192, registered at 150 Harley Street, London, England, W1G 7LQ.

Not tax, legal or immigration advice

Domivio records location, travel, evidence and adjustments and applies rules or thresholds configured by authorised users. Results are monitoring information, not a determination of tax residence, domicile, immigration status or liability. Users must obtain qualified advice and remain responsible for professional conclusions and filings.

Accounts and authority

Access is invitation-only. You must use your own identity, protect your device and sign-in methods, and promptly report suspected compromise. Advisers and assistants must have lawful authority to access each person. You may not attempt to access another organisation, household or person.

Accuracy and corrections

Location signals can be incomplete or uncertain, particularly near borders, in aircraft, indoors or while offline. Users should review alerts and uncertain journeys. Corrections must be truthful and include an appropriate reason; Domivio retains the prior value and audit event.

Evidence

You may upload only material you are authorised to process. Documents remain linked through database metadata rather than user-created folder names. You must not upload unlawful content, malware or evidence unrelated to the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not probe, bypass or defeat access, rate, security or audit controls.
  • Do not derive another person’s movements without authority.
  • Do not rely on widgets or alerts as an emergency, safety or border-control service.
  • Do not present Domivio output as a professional opinion issued by Domivio.

Availability and change

We design for reliable operation, offline capture and safe synchronisation, but no internet service is uninterrupted. Maintenance and security changes may occur. Material contractual changes are communicated to subscribing organisations.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to protect people or the platform, respond to a legal requirement, address non-payment under a service agreement or investigate misuse. Export and retention follow the applicable agreement, privacy notice and legal obligations.

Governing law

Unless a signed service agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
