Domivio is in controlled private access. Privacy terms and data-processing schedules are confirmed with each subscribing organisation before real client data is onboarded.
Who we are
Domivio is operated by Reddishgreen Digital Ltd, company number 11749192, whose registered office is 150 Harley Street, London, England, W1G 7LQ. Privacy requests may be made through the secure in-app support channel or in writing to that office.
Information we process
- Account, organisation, household, role and contact details.
- Precise or approximate location events, timestamps, device details, accuracy, speed and altitude when tracking is enabled.
- Travel, country-day calculations, journeys, corrections and their provenance.
- Documents and metadata such as receipts, flight records, identity or immigration evidence, dates, countries and verification status.
- Adviser-configured rules, thresholds, alerts, evidence requests and reports.
- Security, session, consent, device and append-only audit events.
Why we process it
We process data to provide the service under contract, to protect the platform and authorised users, to comply with legal duties and—where required—for explicit consent, particularly background location. An organisation may process client data under its own professional relationship; its notice should be read alongside this one.
Location choices
Background tracking is off until the person grants device permission and gives in-app consent. Permission can be withdrawn in Domivio and in device settings. Turning it off stops new automatic collection but does not silently rewrite the historical record. Manual travel entry remains available.
Who can see data
Access is limited to the person, family members and professional users expressly authorised for that person, plus tightly restricted service operations where necessary. One client organisation cannot access another. We use vetted infrastructure providers only under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
International processing
Cloud services can involve processing outside the United Kingdom. Where data crosses borders, the responsible controller uses an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards and assesses supplementary measures.
Retention and deletion
Retention is configured for the subscribing organisation and relevant professional obligations. Expired sessions and upload credentials are removed promptly; evidence and audit records follow documented schedules. A deletion request is evaluated against legal holds, professional record-keeping and the need to preserve a truthful audit trail. Where erasure is not available, access can be restricted and identifiers minimised.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. If an adviser or family office controls the data, we will route the request to them and assist as processor.
No automated legal decision
Domivio records facts, applies configured monitoring rules and highlights uncertainty. It does not make a solely automated decision about tax residence, immigration status or legal rights.
